Account Executive

Job Description

As Account Executive, you will report directly to Head of Customer Management Department and will be expected to work collaboratively with our teams based in Jakarta, Jogja and Melbourne, Australia.

Your responsibility includes, but is not limited to:

• Handle Paperlust customer service (live chat, call, email, social media messages)
• Responding to customer enquiries and any communications between Paperlust and customers
• Monitor production and order processing
• Assist Head of Customer Management Department in developing relationship with Paperlust customer base

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, any field.
• Excellent verbal and written English (very important)
• Familiar in handling international customers is preferred
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
• Capable to communicate with Jakarta, Jogja and Australia team
• Capable to manage social media and website enquiries
• Capable to work on early shift remotely (5am – 2pm), and possibly work remotely on weekends every two weeks
• Positive attitude with good personality
• Required skill(s): customer service, customer care, communication skill, writing skill.
• Required language(s): Indonesia & English
